Community Outreach
Elder Care Program
A group of elderly in the community will be gifted with monthly care packages of the basics: rice, beans, oil, salt, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
God calls us to care for those around us, especially the elderly and the orphans. Our goal to follow this command is to be able to provide monthly support and care packages for the elderly in the community. These care packages would consist of some day to day basics such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, rice, oil, beans, seasonings, etc.
Local Church Support
We are here on Earth to promote God's Word and His love. To fulfill this mission, we are instructed to support our fellow believers around the world. In Charrier, Haiti, our brothers and sisters face persecution that many of us may never experience. Despite this, the church in Haiti remains strong and dedicated to serving one another and their community. No one understands the community's needs better than those who live there. We aim to assist them in their efforts to support those around them, through prayer groups, revival services, helping distribute elder care packages as well as care packages for those hospitalized. As travel to and from Haiti is currently challenging, we rely on our local church to identify and address these needs.
Community Needs
Supporting those around us and sharing what we have with others is the whole purpose and vision of our mission. This is also how God designed members of the church to function as described by the first church in Acts. We want our mission to follow this example. This is how Haitians live and survive. They depend on each other and sharing what they have. A part of our funds will go to specific and special needs that are brought to our attention. This could be a father who is in an accident and is unable to provide for his family, a mother who is unable to feed herself or her children, etc.
